Set beneath Melbourne’s original flour mill at the Lennon Mills precinct, 9MILE is hidden inside Silo 9, serving authentic Detroit-style pizza in Melbourne.

We make square, oven-baked pizzas in a Blue Steel pan, with thick, airy bases and crispy, caramelised cheese edges - baked the way Detroit intended.

Our dough is hand-made onsite and slow-fermented, baked until golden, then finished with bold toppings and signature sauce layered on top for maximum flavour in every slice.
